5 Tips to have more energy!

Are you struggling with energy?  You are not alone!

I used to reach for coffee or caffeinated tea every day around 3 or 4:00 because I couldn’t picture how I would make it through my day with the stamina I needed to care for my four kids and their after school activities (and struggles).  I thought it was normal to be dead tired by 6 PM, but guess what!?   It’s not normal!  You can have better, long lasting energy that takes you through your day.  ​

​Tip #1
​Eat breakfast.  Getting a balance of protein and carbohydrates in the morning gives you increased energy.  Skip the surgery cereal and go for eggs with veggies and a side of toast.

Drink 10 glasses of water a day (and back off or eliminate alcohol intake)

Tip #3
Take a vitamin supplement that you can FEEL the difference with.  Check that it includes methylated B-vitamins, magnesium, chelated minerals and amino acids.  

Tip #4
Take a quick walk or bike ride. 
 
Tip #5
​Deal with your stress and anxiousness.  (easier said than done… but don’t give up hope!  You can do this!)
