Tip #2 Drink 10 glasses of water a day (and back off or eliminate alcohol intake) Tip #3 Take a vitamin supplement that you can FEEL the difference with. Check that it includes methylated B-vitamins, magnesium, chelated minerals and amino acids. Tip #4 Take a quick walk or bike ride. Tip #5 Deal with your stress and anxiousness. (easier said than done… but don’t give up hope! You can do this!)
