Hi, I'm Dana! My mission is to help you make your family a stronger, calmer and a more joyful unit.  Together, let's move your family move from survive... to THRIVE. Lives Touched is dedicated to journeying alongside you, equipping you to touch the lives of your children in ways that bring about family unity, healing and growth. I offer the following:
  • Parent Coaching packages to support parents/caregivers with children who have persistent challenging behaviors, explosive episodes, uncooperative attitudes, crippling anxiety, relationship struggles, and/or history of trauma.  
  • Educational Training for schools, non-profits, churches, community group and businesses.
  • Brainspotting for adults and children ages 6 and older, to help clients feel less "stuck", address anxiety and build life skills, including the ability to confidently move toward personal goals.
