If you could use additional support in your parenting journey with your teenager, please reach out. I help parents of teens improve communication, work on appropriate setting and holding boundaries, support teen's growing autonomy, improve communication and cooperation between parents and address challenging behaviors. As a mom of 4 (three who are currently teenagers) I am in the "parenting teens zone" with you, and I have the training and education to support you in your journey.
A great starting point is a Brainstorming Session. This is a one hour, one-on-one coaching session where we will focus on your specific areas of struggle, and see if additional parent coaching is the right fit for you. If you have a parenting partner, either or both of you can attend. I look forward to talking with you. Don't go it alone, find the support you need to feel confident and calm as you parent your teenagers.
