Lives Touched is dedicated to supporting families throughout Wisconsin through parent and family coaching services available via CLTS and CCS programs. Our team of certified parent coaches brings diverse expertise, lived experience, and a shared passion for helping families move from survive to thrive. We specialize in supporting parents navigating early life trauma, adoption and foster care, neurodiversity, mental health challenges, and child welfare involvement. Each coach offers virtual sessions, making our support accessible to families across the state. Whether you're in Eau Claire, Milwaukee, or anywhere in between, we're here to walk alongside you in your parenting journey.
DANA PARISI, FOUNDER & OWNER
Dana Parisi Founder & Owner of Lives Touched
Serving: CLTS (statewide), CCS (Eau Claire, RWC, St. Croix)
Dana Parisi is a Certified Parent and Family Coach and Educational Trainer, as well as a Brainspotting Practitioner, with a focus on trauma-informed approaches and healing. She is the mom to four children, two biological and two adopted, ranging in age from 11 to 20 years old. Dana is passionate about helping families move from survive to thrive, supporting parents of children who have experienced early life trauma, adoption or foster care journeys, and parents of kids with neurodiversities (ADHD and ASD) as well as parents of kids struggling with mental health. Dana has a B.S in Human Biology and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Marquette University.
Through Lives Touched, Dana works with parents locally and globally through one-on-one coaching, resources such as books, webinars and presentations, and a certification program to train new parent and family coaches. She has two parenting books published: Parenting Marathon: The 10-Step Guide to Navigate Parenting Challenges was released in September 2023 and became an Amazon International Best Seller, and The Great Wait: 10 Action Steps While You Wait For Your Adoption released in 2025.
Hours of availability: Monday-Thursday 8am–4pm

ANDREA WHITE
Andrea White Certified Parent and Family Coach Serving: CLTS (statewide), CCS (Eau Claire, RWC)
Andrea White is a Certified Parent and Family Coach and Registered Nurse. She is a mom of two - simultaneously experiencing high school and elementary grade levels. With professional experience as a Registered Nurse on an inpatient psychiatric unit and personal experience in dealing with and managing life situations ranging from single parenting and blended families to trauma and neurodiversity, she has developed a passion for helping others grow through times of adversity.
As a stay-at-home mom she has learned the importance of a multidimensional approach in working through challenging behaviors and situations, as well as advocating for and promoting healthy growth and development for children with a wide range of needs. She is enthusiastic about helping parents address their own needs along their parenting journey as well, so that they can identify and nurture their own strengths, build or repair bonds within their family, and reignite their passion and purpose in parenting.
Hours of availability: Tuesday through Friday 9am–3pm, Some scheduling flexibility possible.

Amber Richards Certified Parent and Family Coach Serving: CLTS (statewide), CCS (RWC)
Amber is passionate about helping parents and youth feel supported, understood, and capable—no matter what season they're in. She earned a BA in Education from UW-Eau Claire, a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology/School Counseling from UW-Milwaukee, and a Lives Touched Parent and Family Coach Certification. With four children spanning college, high school, middle school, and elementary, Amber understands firsthand the joys and challenges that come with each stage of parenting.
She blends her professional training with real-life experience to help families build routines, communication skills, and strategies that truly work for them. Amber has been married since 2004 and in her free time enjoys reading, walks outdoors, singing, church activities, and performing in community theater. Amber leads with compassion and focuses on creating personalized strategies that help families strengthen connection, overcome challenges, and move forward with hope.
Available Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings and two Saturdays per month.

SHANNON SEVERUD
Shannon Severud Certified Parent and Family Coach Serving: CLTS (statewide)
Shannon's desire is to help children thrive by coming alongside their parents and caregivers and providing understanding, empathetic support through the challenges of their parenting journey. She believes that children do better when their parents have the tools, skills, and support they need.
Shannon has lived experience as a parent to children of all ages and with various special needs. She has had the unique position to have many different seats at the table of the child welfare system: as an adoptive parent, a biological parent, a former foster parent, a social worker, and a parent who had CPS involvement. She is particularly passionate about building attachment in early childhood, helping to improve resilience in children to combat trauma, and working with adoptive and foster families as well as parents who are involved with (or have been involved with) the child welfare system.
Available week nights and some weekends.
